HK Technologies Ultrasonic screening utilizes
a combination of mechanical vibration coupled with ultrasonic’s
to produce a vibratory system that significantly reduces or
eliminates screen blinding in many powder applications. Unlike
other ultrasonic deblinding systems - our transducer transmits
the ultrasonic vibration through the product hopper to the
tensioned screen surface. This unique transducer coupling allows
for 100% utilization of the screen surface thus allowing for
maximum product throughput and eliminating screen tearing due to
transducer bonding to the screen surface.
