Bulk Bag Unloading and Filling

            4,000 Pound Bag Capacity and an Integrated Dust Collector

• Welded heavy-duty 4”x 4” CS square tube frame designed for 2T bulk bags.

• Load bags using fork truck, lifting carriage or the electric hoist with motorized trolley.

• Spreader bar adapts to a wide range of bag diameters and bag loop designs.

• Available side and bottom bag punchers to provide flow assistance, as well as air or electric operated vibrators.

• Optional integrated dust filter and exhaust fan, featuring CAMCORP’s Poly-El cartridge filtering technology, collected dust can be returned to the containment hopper or to a dust drum.

• Bag spout containment hopper features a 12” x 18” hinged door for access to the bag spout. A 12”iris valve on the inlet of the containment hopper contains product flow during bag spout untying and retying procedures. A vent stub is included for remove dust collection or a dust chute for integral dust collection.
